Erizo restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week with an exciting a la carte menu.

Lunch and snack menu 11 am- 6 pm

Executive Chef

Born in Managua, Nicaragua, Chef Martínez studied culinary arts at ENAH (Escuela Nacional de Hotelería) while working his way through seminal restaurants in Nicaragua, Perú, Chile, and Bolivia—including the famed Gustu in La Paz.   Before his formal training, Martínez’s most formative food years came from his time in the kitchen with his mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who gathered regularly to cook for holidays and special events.    Martínez wants his guests to experience his passion for regional ingredients and time-honored techniques because he believes it will help them achieve a greater sense of place. As he says, “every day is a new chance to do things differently, to do things better, and to reinvent myself through interesting flavor combinations.”
